Wind Cave National Park

Tuesday, September 26, 2017

On this morning we stopped in Hot Springs and I picked up a sausage muffin at a little bakery and then we headed to Wind Cave National Park where we took a tour of the cave, which is known for its fragile boxwork formations. Our guide, Earl, was very informative and told of the history of the cave in a very entertaining way.

From there we drove toward our next destination, Rocky Mountain National Park.
